CALove this product!! So easy to use in my daily life, almost unnoticed, just have to check your nose frequently. I find that the more I use it the less I have to check my nose if that helps anybody 🤣 Absolutely amazing way to do it during the day, also doesn't stuff up your nose as much. So doing it before bed also helps me sleep more sound without having to mouth breath all night from a stuffy nose. 10/10
